
At the kind invitation of the Saudi Ministry of Media, Syrian Minister of Information Hamza al-Mustafa participated in the fifth edition of the Hajj and Umrah Conference and Exhibition 2025, held in Jeddah under the theme “From the World to Mecca.” The event aimed to strengthen media cooperation and exchange expertise in covering major international and religious events. The conference witnessed broad participation from ministers, officials, media professionals, and experts from around the world.
From Vision to Reality
During the opening ministerial session titled “From Vision to Reality: Integrating Sectors to Serve the Guests of God,” Minister Mustafa emphasized the importance of coordination among various sectors to ensure the best possible service for pilgrims visiting the Holy Sites. He was briefed on the operations of the Unified Media Center, which represents a significant development in mechanisms for covering the Hajj season. The minister listened to a detailed presentation about its structure and the integrated media work that contributes to presenting a comprehensive and coherent image of the pilgrimage season.

Minister Mustafa expressed his admiration for the advanced service systems, organizational excellence, and technological capabilities that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) devoted to serving pilgrims. He affirmed what he observed firsthand represents a pioneering model of modern management and integrated planning, noting that the high level of coordination among relevant authorities reflects the sound vision and scientific approach behind the success of the Hajj season year after year.
