• The Palestinian Health Ministry reported that 165 Palestinians were killed and 280 wounded in Gaza within a 24-hour period.

• UN Chief Antonio Guterres emphasized the urgent need for a Gaza ceasefire, stating that people are dying not only from bombs and bullets but also due to a lack of food, clean water, and inadequate medical facilities.

• Israeli Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich expressed opposition to a Palestinian state, linking it to potential future conflicts and characterizing it as a threat to Israel’s security.

• CNN reported witnessing Israeli forces destroying cemeteries in Gaza, potentially constituting war crimes, based on satellite imagery and on-the-ground observations.
